So it's Christmas Day. My gelato shop is closed but I go in to set it up again for our next day and the cooler does not power on. I didn't need service that day but was nervous about not getting a tech in time. Mitch at Citywide came recommended. I called him, ON CHRISTMAS, and Mitch picked up. We made and appointment and there he was the next day.

He replaced our fan motor, fixed the electrical problem and cleaned the unit!

Owner was amazing. Had my AC go out and he came same day and fixed the issue. Super transparent and honesty guy running this place. My new go to for any heating AC issues. 5 STARSS !!!!!
