Zero stars!!!! Worst communication, lack of professionalism and no concern about hitting dates they promise. Expect them to cancel on you a lot and never call you back. They love making excuses instead of owning that they provided poor service. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well. This is not a reputable business.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company was by far the worst I've experienced. Ever. At times I thought there might be a hidden camera on us because this was such a joke. They could not figure out how to fix our oven. Instead they kept coming back, usually a good hour or two after their "window" that they told us. The guy would literally storm out saying, "I don't know, I need another person w me." Then he'd come back alone and call his manager and complain that he couldn't do it. Also known as Affordable Services Club Don't call this place, seriously. Just pay more somewhere else, you'll be thankful. I've been dealing with these geniuses for over 8 months over a washer and dryer. The initial w/d broke. Tech repaired it. It broke again. He refused to fix it because it was just going to break again since it was on an uneven surface. It would've been nice to know that before being charged over $300 to fix and warranty it. A new w/d was purchased and the uneven surface problem was fixed. When the old w/d was removed the crew put a deep scratch in the floor.
