Customer service is nonprofessional.
They say they are going to return your call with answers. If no answer they just don’t respond and wait until the next day. For instance they text saying a nurse will coming no time is given you wait all day, no nurse. No call return call informing you if time from office. This has happened twice in two weeks. I have to say the therapists are great!

If you're looking for a caregiving company that is reliable and organized, this may not be the right one for you. Although their website shows pricing for caregiving services through June 2022, when you call them they say they don't actually offer those services. It seems like a very small operation, which could be a cause for concern.It seems as though false advertising might be an issue with this company, so proceed with caution if you're considering using their services.
