Hello, I hope this email finds you well. My name is Braulio Figueroa. I’m a sport medicine personal trainer. For the past year I have been doing sound bath meditation classes for my friends and as of two months ago I started offering sound bath meditation for the public. I am writing to see if you are interested in doing a sound bath meditation event for your clients. Let me know if you are interested. Please come to try a class at my studio in lincoln park 2500 N Halsted st every thursday at 7:20 pm
The flexibility of the CSOY program fit my needs. 20 modules, one every other weekend. The comparative compressed classes alternative studios offered did not compensate for my busy work life. The Chicago School of Yoga made it comfortable for me to work, travel and go to school. Faculty is outstanding bringing varied experience to the classroom.Tuition was in line and I made many friends. I highly recommend CSOY for Yoga Teacher Training. Rachel D
THIS IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. This is no longer Chicago School of Yoga, they are now owned by 'Kru Strength + Fitness'. They still offer some yoga classes but it now incorporates different workout classes (zumba, core training etc). It came as a shock to me when I went in yesterday for yoga sculpt to find out the wall has been torn down and there is now fitness equipment. I was told they are working out the kinks for people who have bought classes previously, but if you have classes THEY NEED TO BE USED BY OCTOBER 31ST! Just giving everyone a heads up, since I'm sure people are just as shocked as I was. I will miss all of the yoga instructors, it really was a fantastic place. I hope I can find out where they teach yoga at now because I would travel a little further to attend their classes again. Overall I will say that the new trainers and staff seem really awesome and even stayed a little bit later to answer some of my questions:). It's bittersweet but I'm excited to see what Kru has to offer!
