Yesterday I picked up a 5 gallon jug of water and put it on a water cooler. 5 months ago, I couldn’t unscrew a twist off cap. I had rotator cuff + bicep surgery on Valentine’s Day. Shortly after, I met Beth and Olivia over at CHPT, and they’re SO awesome. First meeting was all about measurements and loads of questions about what hurt, and some gentle stretching. Then… I could go through all the steps, but here I am only 5 months later (the surgeon said 6), doing all the normal things and I owe it all to my trainers. They’re both super-caring, genius PT people. The best. I could not recommend them any more. Come here for PT.
So grateful for the whole team here! Everyone is so kind and supportive. I have been a patient for a few years now, doing prenatal and postpartum pelvic floor PT through two pregnancies. Olivia is so patient and has been an essential part of helping me get back on my feet and regaining my strength after my most recent delivery.

In my experience and the experience of my clients, too many PT places are like a factory these days. CHPT is not a place where you are treated like a number.
I have worked with Dr Beth, Ann, and Olivia post surgery and each session is productive and I feel like I'm being listened to and progress is being made. This is not the case at other places where patients are one of half a dozen for one session.
I also like that you can schedule a massage or chiro visit in the same location.
The front desk staff is friendly and more than helpful.
