    My experience with Chicago Arthritis and Regenerative Medicine earns a rating of 4 out of 5, strongly bolstered by the competence and communication solely of Dr. Siddharth Tambar. The clinic staff that I interfaced with setting up the procedure would receive a 1 out of 5 rating from my experience.

    In July 2024, I underwent a bone marrow aspirate therapy procedure at the hands of Dr. Tambar and his team. As a 28-year-old male endurance athlete, I maintain a rigorous training schedule, working out six days a week, maintaining a lactate threshold of 169, and adhering to a healthy diet.     Dr. Tambar explained the process each step as he went along. We started this process in May 2024. Got the process approved through insurance and Dr. Tambar And his team have been amazing. When I first went in, I had bone on bone on my right knee and was unable to stand without pain and walking was impossible, but I did it because I had to work. I had the procedure in a three week process the first week we had a Sweetwater injection just to lubricate the knee the second bone marrow out of my back and put it into my knee that was done in the morning and in the afternoon they injected the stem cell.
