I will give it 4 stars because I brought my items back because I asked for Starch and didn't get it remember gas high. But everything else is very satisfying. Been with the company for a long time.

The cleaning and service is great. The employees are friendly and customer service oriented. The express service drop off is so convenient. I drop a star only because it’s a struggle to get either email or text notifications back for when the clothes are ready to pick up. I have tried to sign up again in store and online, but I still only get marketing messages.

Best laundry service I had in years. And my heavy starched pants only had one crease in them and not two creases.. and my white clothes was really white and not washed with color clothes.. and the folding was exemplary.. they did my laundry like laundry should be done... And I give them five stars.. I'm sure you will too!
