Same experience as pretty much everyone else has stated- a recruiter reached out to me & scheduled an interview, which I thought went well. I started to get the job alerts & soon found one that seemed like a great fit. I applied & contacted the recruiter back right away, who told me to contact a different employee. I tried using their services from the San Francisco Bay Area branch and was horribly disappointed. The recruiter was not friendly, she said she was going to follow-up with me about scheduling an on-site interview but she did not, when I reached out to her again she had a major attitude with me, promised to schedule something yet again, but did not come through. I have used other recruiting agencies in the past, including ones specializing in non-profits, and they are nothing like this. Do not waste your time by contacting them.
