I first went to this cleaners about 8 years ago and it was awful!! My whites came back gray, quality of work was terrible and I had a hard time communicating with the owner. I went elsewhere for years but, my regular place closed during the pandemic. I decided to give this place one more chance ( I was desperate) I had no idea that they have changed owners! The ladies were fantastic, friendly and very knowledgeable. They also do AMAZING alterations! I had a little hole in the sleeve of a chiffon dress, wasn't sure if they could even fix it.. when I picked it up, it magically disappeared! I had a hard time even finding where it was! The best alterations in Chicago. They are very experienced and never disappoints. And they have great customer service. I highly recommend Capitol Hill for alterations and dry cleaning. They are the best in town.

This business came under new ownership approximately 2 years ago. I have used this dry cleaner for the last 6 years and can say things have definitely gotten better in the last 2 years.Dry cleaning prices are comparable to other services in the area, & turn around is relatively fast. I've had three pairs of suit pants tailored here as well and everything has held up without issue.Don't let years old negative reviews turn you off from checking this place out, I recommend it to all my neighbors & friends in the area.
