“This was a really fascinating and post-pandemic way to showcase gorgeous newly made watches. Microlux was a free 2-day gathering of top world class watchmakers who gathered in 900 North Michigan. I only knew a handful of watchmakers before this, but this was a whole new world! the watches were heavy, maybe because they are wound up instead of using batteries. It was a small-ish space with tables, and around 2pm on Saturday free small cocktails were served. Chatting with watchmakers up close was fascinating. This is a great use of the space in this mall, instead of just another overpriced or high end store.They have more events coming up, which are not necessarily free, so please check carefully.“

He gave me a tentative quote right away, which gave me something to anchor against and a sense of what to expect. He said he'd give me a final quote right after I sent him pictures of the cabinets. Once he received those, he promptly advised me not to waste my money painting laminate cabinets. He gave me a very detailed logical explanation including pictures of how it will bubble up later.
