I live in a condo building and just did a complete renovation of two bathrooms and hook-up of washer/drier - all the same time! Adam, the owner, suggested it because it would save time with the use of the elevator. He was right. (I do have another washroom, though.) I interviewed 4 contractors before I selected Brayview on a neighbor's high recommendation and because his contract was well itemized and reasonably priced.
