I found out they hire non union workers today which lowers wages for all labor workers in Chicago. Would not recommend.

During my 35 years of owning and managing multi-unit rental buildings, I've never been more pleased than with BM Int Builders. They took care of tuckpoint, chimney and scupper box issues on my 3 story brick building Their team was very professional, did great work and responded to all special requests. I only wish that I'd started using them years ago.
