I hate shopping for lipstick so when YSL discontinued the product I had used for years, I dreaded searching for a new one. My sister persuaded me to try Blue Mercury on Southport. Fortunately, a lovely young woman named Mariah helped me and in 15 minutes I found a product and a color that suits me. I am grateful.

Amazing experience honestly. Very high quality brands and I would say average prices for products I've seen elsewhere. The sales associate was knowledgeable and very personable. They helped me understand what a good skincare routine is. Their customer service is excellent; they're very committed to helping customers! Would honestly go back again here.

It's a high end beauty store with a handful of overpriced brands. It's the kind of place where I walk in and feel like they know I can't afford a bunch of stuff. But, if you can get over that emotional projection, the people are usually super nice and can give you samples. Haven't tried the spa services but again, I'm not rolling in dough.
