We had a great experience with Berger. Heating. When our furnace stopped working, Ralph came out to do a same day repair at a fair price. The issue came back two weeks later (due to a defective part) and he came out same day again to make it right- no questions asked.
Ralph is an honest & experienced pro that takes pride in his work. I STRONGLY recommend people give him a call if they have anything he can help with!
Just got my 25-year-old A/C replaced. Did a lot of research and found that many HVAC companies want the customer to just upload pictures instead of coming out to take a look. Ralph quoted a fair price and he and his son Alex clearly take pride in their work. They were on time and finished faster than I expected. Flushed the line-set and installed the new evaporator coil. They even fixed a hole in the sheet metal from a previous install and checked my smart thermostat connections which I had installed the night before. I'm one of those customers who ask a lot of questions, but Ralph and Alex are patient and personable. Some advertised "family" businesses are more like "family incorporated". But I got personal service; they didn't rush the job, finished the work to my satisfaction and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
These guys are great. On the job fast. Ralph is always so pleasant on the phone and assigns the job out fast. Alex knows his stuff. I have managed apt buildings for almost 40 years and Berger heating is the best I have ever known that does work on boilers. Thank you
