I work with Jovana. She is a fantastic teacher. She focuses on strength and balancing the muscles of the body. I like her quiet, hands-on way of teaching. I am 63. She adjusts the routine to the things in my body that are and aren't working or feeling well that day. With her dance background and basic knowledge of physical therapy workings, in addition to her knowledge of Pilates, she is the whole package. The reformers here are too large for my small frame and we have to do a couple of things differently.
Sondra is one of the BEST Pilates instructors in Chicago. It is truly a privilege to work with such an awesome professional who knows so much about the body.
