Moving to Baird & Warner, specifically the Edgebrook office, was the best thing I ever did for my real estate career! I quickly realized what I didn't know about this industry. The support and on-going trainings have been invaluable. As well as the support from my managing broker. Having our own mortgage and title companies makes for totally seamless closings. Company support for their agents is huge! I can't say enough how awesome this company is.

This review is for my agent Melvin Servellon: My sister and I recently used Melvin for the sale of our parent's home which they purchased back in 1968. With both parents recently deceased, the thought of selling was an emotional battle. Melvin was both patient and kind, answering many of our questions over the phone. He did not pressure us to sign a contract, and encouraged us to take our time to decide on whether or not we truly wanted to sell our childhood home. On the first day our home went up for sale, frozen rain had laid out a sheet of ice along the driveway and front entryway. Melvin went early in the morning to salt all slippery areas making it safe for the 6 showings he had lined up that first day. Within 24 hours of being on the market, we received 4 offers, went under contract, and closed on the sale a month later. Melvin is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and personable. Definitely a pleasure to work with and would work with him again in the future.
