Lester was amazing! Fixed my phone same day and was super kind and helpful. He found out it was under warranty, so the fix was free to me! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Lester will take good care of you.

Lester was extremely responsive and understood how important having my phone would be. He went above and beyond with service.He was very knowledgeable and seemed to really like what he was doing. He has an uplifting disposition and even though I am in a time crunch, allayed many of my concerns around timing and getting the job done right.If a friend ends up needing a repair, I am sending them to Lester.

Lester at the West Town Asurion was wonderful! I did a warranty repair on my Samsung device and he was able to set expectations, be transparent on the process, and fixed the phone back to it's original state. This is in contrast to the service I got from the South Loop Asurion who gave me the run-around and left me with the impression that they didn't want my business due to laziness on their part. It was worth traveling the extra distance to go to this location for me.
