Our building was in a bind with a buzzer system that wasn't unlocking the door when buzzed. 1 Phone call, a few pictures, and 20 minutes later we had a plan for it being fixed. They were efficient, friendly, and not trying to sell us anything we couldn't afford.
Did I mention they came by the same day?
I had an issue with a mortise lock and two other locksmiths told me to just buy a new one, and Ashland lock was able to fix it in 10 minutes for 10 bucks. Every time I've dealt with them they've always been able to help.
A technician came out this morning to fix an issue with our front door. He was honest and upfront about my questions and fixed our issue shortly after. Very friendly and clean work!
