I had an issue with a mortise lock and two other locksmiths told me to just buy a new one, and Ashland lock was able to fix it in 10 minutes for 10 bucks. Every time I've dealt with them they've always been able to help.

A technician came out this morning to fix an issue with our front door. He was honest and upfront about my questions and fixed our issue shortly after. Very friendly and clean work!

So glad to still have "real" locksmiths in the neighborhood versus only auto-key-making-machines (e.g. KeyMe). After two failed attempts to make duplicates with such machines, I brought my key for duplication to Ashland Lock and they made one that worked! (And were able to visually see why the KeyMe and other auto-machine ones didn't).
