After receiving multiple quotes for a laminate floor install and new paint in my condo, we decided to go with Archetype as their pricing was fair and they could do both projects simultaneously versus getting two contractors. I'm so happy we went with Lorenzo, Tom and Dave. Little did we know, our walls were in rough shape and this team was well equipped to fix the issues timely. During the whole process, Lorenzo, Tom and Dave were very professional, responsive and personable which made working with them a seamless process. I highly recommend!!!

Lorenzo and his team are amazing. We could not be happier with our experience with them. They did extremely high quality work, were thorough and thoughtful, and finished our project on budget and early. Danny led our project, and we will genuinely miss having him at our house each day.Archetype remodeled three bathrooms for us, refinished our floors and completed several other smaller updates around the house. We selected Lorenzo and his team to remodel our bathrooms based on prior reviews and from Lorenzo touting the quality of his teams work. They did not disappoint! Danny, Jose, and Ringo were awesome. Always friendly, communicative, and kept the workspace clean at the end of each day. The workmanship is top notch and attention to detail is incredible. Each time we walk into the bathrooms I'm still shocked at how nice they are. Huge credit also goes to Kara, the interior designer, on the project. Her expertise helped get what we imagined into reality. Without her they would not have turned out as beautiful. If quality is your concern and you're ok with spending a little more for it, Lorenzo and Archetype is the way to go. In addition, Lorenzo's team are his employees. No sub contractors. So you know who will be in your home each day doing the work. And they truly care about the product and how it looks and functions.
