Omar came out and fixed my refrigerator that wasn't dispensing water and making ice. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and resourceful. Scheduling was easy and he showed up on time. Prices were great too. Definitely will be calling this company again if I have repair needs in the future. Solid Appliance repair company which is hard to find in Chicago.

I asked for help concerning my refrigerator. I received a recommendation from the manager. Omar came when expected and was very helpful. He looked at aspect of the refrigerator and figured out how best to repair it. He checked over all areas of the refrigerator both in the freezer and the frig. He found that the ice maker was causing the trouble and went forward with what needed to be done. Omar checked the outlets and all parts that help in refrigeration. He explained to me what needed to be done and how to do it. He even showed how the bottom panel could be safely done. I appreciate his slow and accurate explanation to me. He cleaned up when he was finished and wiped down all the surfaces. I am grateful to him Eileen Knight, Chicago
