I found these guys as a referral from the manufacturer of my Roma steam generator. My initial contact was with Martha in the office. She listened to my needs understood my concerns and got me in contact with Jim who I assume is the owner of the company. Jim gave me a lot of his time to help me understand my product that I have had for 10 years in my home and never had it serviced. We had a great discussion. I just had our steam unit replaced after few visits from them to try and fix our unit but it was time to replace it. they offered great suggestions. Great family run business with greatservice, professional, and good price. Installing my unit has a few unforeseen issues but they got the job done and I can't be happier. Thank you!
Steamist unit stopped working. America's Steam Sauna & spas was recommended by the supplier. They were fantastic. We have a built in unit with only a small end access panel. Alex completely disconnected the unit and coaxed it out, located and fixed the problem. Reassembled , got it back in place and tested everything before leaving. Very knowledgeable and skilled technician. Thanks again!
