I contacted American Roofing Solutions to inspect the roof and attic of a house that I own and am selling. A buyer’s inspector discovered some issues that I was not aware of. Ricky came out the day after I called him. He was informative and thorough. His inspection fee gave me a written thorough description of the issues as well as a an estimate and options to consider. The report was very professional. I really did not want to take on the project as the seller. I wanted to sell the property quickly. He is very knowledgeable and has almost 25 years experience in the business. He wants his clients to be satisfied with the work they do and will even ask you that question. Are you happy with the results. I used them for a chimney repair and the work was done as described and quickly. He responded immediately and the work was completed before I had even heard from any of the other contractors. I would expect him to do the same for you.
