I had to go through my warranty company and they set me up with Always Heating & Cooling. I was very frustrated with AHS but Jay was very patient with me and came as soon as he could. His co-worker (who I think was his son) were efficient, kind and thorough. I wish I could've hired them outright and would definitely recommend them for service. I was a spaz because it's cold out and my new furnace (who unfortunately was installed by someone else and NOT Always) isn't working properly, and like I said, he couldn't have been nicer.

My air conditioning went out yesterday morning and they kept their promise of same day service -- arriving last night looking exhausted. Turned out to be an electrical problem in the line running outside but they rewired to get it to run from an outlet... it's a clean outlet with nothing else on it so there is no problem. He'll help me get a good electrician as soon as possible. Jay is a great guy who knows what he's doing and keeps his promises. He installed my system a couple years ago and knew exactly how to quickly find the problem and fix it to solve the immediate problem of getting my old house cooled down. I highly recommend Always Heating & Cooling.

I was connected to Always Heating and Cooling through American Home Shield. I have an older AC unit that has had to have refrigerant added a few times which is not cheap. I had put it off this year, as it's been relatively mild. But then the forecast had temps near 100 degrees. Once assigned to Always, I contacted the company and Jay answered. He said he would call back later in the day, and he did. He was able to fit me in an hour later, which was awesome. It did cost a pretty penny because AHS only covers $10 per pound, and I had a brokens switch they also don't cover. Jay took pictures (my unit is on the roof) and then showed me the switch issue when he replaced it. TBH, I just wish my AC would break so I could get it replaced, but in the meantime I was very happy with the service I provided. Looks like they have fixed most of the issues from previous bad reviews. (The only knock was that I found out later that a neighbor was able to get refrigerant for about $10 cheaper per pound than I did.) If I had other issues, whether with AHS or not, I would definitely contact them again based on the good service.
