Unsure of how this company has the current rating that it does. The person that I met with assured me that I would be satisfied. Seeing how I located this company on the BBB website and reviewed the meaning behind the rating, I gave him a chance. The work was very poor. The replacement ceiling has gaps and visible lines in drywall. Paint runs on the wall also painted my outlet cover. Also, got paint on my curtain robs, closet knobs, and in the kitchen area (I guess from splatter or walking). The foam padding and carpet were laid incorrectly. I was CONSTANTLY in contact with the owner. Needless to say, the carpet was cut crooked along the wall, does not lay flat, and has visible patchwork seams. A three-day job lasted for almost three weeks. After multiple requests for receipts, the owner drops off a stack of receipts. Some were from Pete's ******** the flower shop, and predated me even nothing him. I never received copies of the big ticket items. After several attempts to fix the issues with different "workers", I finally, just told them not to return to my home. Do not hire this company!

Allen Construction was on time and responsive. The owner was very respectful of my time and budget, and the workmen were professional and cleaned up all debris after the job. I was very pleased and would use them again.Services: Repair flooring
