Alejandro and his crew were fantastic. They did a tremendous amount of work on the outside of our building (caulking, sealing and painting). The bid was highly competitive. Everyone was very professional and careful. Alejandro provided updates, answered all questions and concerns. I would highly recommend him. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

We just finished our second experience with Alexander Jr. Building Services for our four-level condo building requiring sealant maintenance/repair. Their estimate for the work was competitive against other companies we met and the resulting work is high quality.Both in 2024 and back in 2014, our experiences with Alexander Jr. Building Services has been strongly positive. The Alexander Jr. crew first worked on our house in Bucktown when we purchased it in 2013. They did a great job waterproofing the exterior of the block at a good price. This past year, we decided to paint the exterior of the house and of the garage. Their quote was again more than fair, and we hired them based on our previous experience.They adressed some tuckpointing issues, painted the block and took special care painting the brick facade of the home.
