I always feel well taken care of when i'm with Jillian. Ive been a client of hers since she was at a different salon down the street for years and have been happy with my experience at Agnes O since last year. We always take time before we start to talk through how my last cut went. She's always down to discuss anything new and always steers me the right direction. All the staff and stylists are friendly. People are happy to be and work here which is the best sign in my opinion. Scheduling is a breeze
