Hired this company in February 2021, promo response to complete a roofing job . Have been trying for two years to get completion on incomplete work (Gutter length short). They were Johnny on the spot when getting my money. Have not been responsive since.called yesterday (3/5/2024) informing Anthony my gutters were allowing rainwater to seep in. Today 3/6/2024 Anthony has forwarded all callls to voicemail to avoid honoring our contractual agreement. DO NOT hire this company they do not honor contractual agreements or respond to mishaps created by them in repairing roofing or gutters, etc.
They replaced our roof back in October and after the last rain storm, there was still water coming in. We tried to reach out to them countless times for months. Before we hired them, we asked about warranty coverage and we are still in the warranty period for them to fix any potential issues. They keep saying they will send someone but no one has reached out or come out. Additionally, the contract says they will come for an annual inspection. Looks like they are not willing to come to do that as they ignored requests for them to check on the roof after we experience additional issues. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Other reviews on Yelp and other sites have customers who have had the same experience as I did.Due to issues with their work, we had another roofing company come out to assess and the company confirmed affordable roofers did not do the job properly and that the quality of work is very poor. So much so that the company recommend we pursue legal action. Stay away and do not use them. They are licensed under roofing tech inc and do business under this name as well.
A long while passed after having issues with the job this company did for us. We had been trying to get some resolution from them. Finally, John got in touch with us and we agreed to have a refund. This was the first time I met John and wonder if things might have gone better if he had been the one to run the job for us from the beginning.
