They were able to schedule same day. The Tech identified the issue easily and happened to have the spare parts needed. Our lock was fixed quickly and at a great price. Highly recommend.

They go the extra mile even for potential customers! Even though they weren't able to take on the work due to the commercial size of our garage, they took the time to walk us through the problems they were seeing, answer all questions, and provide guidance on what to look for in evaluating other people to do the work.

This was a fantastic experience. I asked for a quote on Yelp and they got back to me within 10 minutes. Gave me a price and we scheduled a time. Everything went perfect and we even had a great conversation. I needed a door unlocked but they also do Garage doors. I will no longer look for a locksmith or a garage door guy. They do it all.
