On behalf of my father: If you are like me and find that you needed someone who is caring and reputable to help take care of a loved one, then ActiveCare should be your first call. My mother recently came home from the hospital requiring assistance from a caregiver. I called ActiveCare and met with their representative Sharon that walked me through all the options and costs. We were assigned a caregiver named Linda that immediately connected to my 95 year old mother. Linda made each day bearable and comfortable for my mother as she faced many challenges associated with her rehabilitation and dementia. Linda’s C.N.A experience made a huge difference with the knowledge that she brought to the table in caring for my mom. My mother enjoyed her company and I was able to work during the day knowing she was in such great hands. My mother recently passed, but I would highly recommend this company to anyone because of the tender loving care and respect that they treat our loved ones with. Paul Cutsuvitis - River Forest, IL

We tried several other agencies before finding Active Care Home Care. It did take several differentt caregiver's before we found the right ones. Shanur worked very hard with me to find the right fit for my Mom. I can't say enough good things about this agency and their dedication and hard work at making my mom happy. Shanur calls me and ask if I have any concerns or questions. If I do, he quickly takes care of them. They truly care for the well-being and proper care of their clients. Also, I am able to call 24/7 and actually talk to someone if I need to. We are just so happy to have found them!!!

We've been with Active Care for about a year now. Due to strokes, my dad needs a lot of help with day to day activities and my mom cannot handle the physicality of his needs. It took some time, some trial and error with different caregivers, searching for the right combination of skill AND personality as we have live-in care. With discussions with the office as to what we were experiencing with candidates, we have landed upon a couple of great guys who make up the week.
