After calling several companies that claimed they were good at flat roof repairs, we chose Accurate Roofing. They came out at a mutually agreed upon time to properly assessed the flat roof on a large rental property in Elgin Illinois. They then provided us a written estimate detailing the scope of work and the material that would be used, and even pointed out some other areas of concern outside of the scope on an adjacent balcony flat roof. Frank and Shelly are extremely quick to respond and very communicative throughout the project. I requested a quote Wednesday, Shelly emailed me within 5 minutes, and Frank came out that night to take a look and give me an estimate. They originally offered to do the work Friday but asked to wait a few days for it to warm up so that the mortar would set better. They came out Tuesday morning and were done within the day. I highly recommend them.
