Same issue as many others that have posted here. This is the second time in past 3 months that nobody showed for scheduled appointment from A&E through Sears Home Warranty. Seems they just take your money and decide when they want to fix something under warranty. :(

Parts were ordered to do repair on 7/3 and arrived on 7/6. Install was scheduled for 8-12 am on 7/10. When I checked status “parts not yet shipped” though I had a confirming email confirming delivery. The department responsible for tracking parts shipments failed miserably! No one was scheduled to service my unit today 8/10. Fortunately I had the phone number for the tech that evaluated my unit so I was able to talk with him. Neither Sears nor A&E have a phone system that allows for person to person dialog.

American Home Shield needs a new service provider!

Tech came out in a timely manner, I let him know the sensor had been cleaned 2 months ago. He chose to clean it again; within 2 hours my furnace was not working again (Monday). Called the warranty place to have the tech come back out (same Monday) as I took off work. He said he could come Tuesday between 8-9, but I could not take off work again. I was then told someone else would get it in their schedule for Wednesday, never received a response, text the company no response, then Thursday was told they would contact the warranty company, still nothing. Went back to the home warranty company and as of today (Friday), furnace is still not repaired.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...read full review
