“I appreciated the professionalism of the entire staff from receptionist, to doctor, to the technician who fitted me and ordered my glasses. My only concern is that because I didn't have insurance coverage, I had to select a cheaper frame than what I am accustomed to having. The final price was higher than any glasses, with the same accessories, I have ever purchased. In the future I will be forced to shop around and not just accept the offer through my doctor's office. However, I was impressed that glasses were ready earlier than I was promised and everything was perfect. Good job but too pricey for my retiree income.“

“This place is fantastic. I loved everyone I saw that day. I just wish they had Saturday hours. I'm a school teacher with an evening job as well. The lack of Saturday hours made picking up my item difficult. I had to take time off work to go pick up my glasses. That was the only issue. My original appointment was during spring break but the pick up time was a few weeks later.“

When you go into Lunettes you are greeted by Leeanne. Leeanne is so awesome! From the time I started going to Lunettes, Leeanne was just full of smiles and years of experience. Nicole is extremely nice and extremely helpful when Leeanne is not holding down the fort. She is a perfect teammate. Dr. Lange was initially quiet but that has changed. She is always asking about the family and how things are on the daily. Dr. Lange is genuinely interested in how her patients are doing and has a pleasant chair side manner. She is genuinely happy to do what she does and it shows. Dang it the whole office is just the bee's knee's. I will be going there until they tell me to stop coming in. LOL. “My family has been seeing Dr. Setterlun for at least 20 years. She has noticed things that no previous eye doctor has seen. Her methods are old-school to some, but I've been to the computerized shops and they suck. She takes the time to do a thorough examination. As for how long the appointment takes, that's the nature of the exam. It takes your eyes time to dilate, so yes, you need to sit and wait while that happens. Bring your phone and play solitaire or something. My eyes are super important to me and if getting a thorough exam once a year means being there for an hour or so, I'm going to do that. If you're in a hurry, go see the computer eye exam at the mall.“
