He came out in about an hour, cleared our pipes like others have done in the past, but took it a step further to figure out why it was happening using a camera. He showed us that our home pipes broke off from the public sewer. This was all on a Tuesday, and Frank worked with our town and county and fixed our major issue by Friday! “I cannot thank Mark enough for coming to my rescue when another company (Ace Plumbing) in Brookfield left me in a bind. After Ace Plumbing attempted to clear my sewer line using their fancy overpriced hydrojetter (3 times more than Mark’s price), they left me with a still-clogged sewer line full of tree roots. This was after assuring me that their hydrojetter was superior to a rodder and their work was 100% guaranteed. The second time Ace came out (under warranty) they told me I needed a full replacement of the pipe which was many, many thousands of dollars and Ace Plumbing told me they couldn't clear the clog. “Came out, gave an honest assessment, and were upfront that they were going to be more expensive but offer a transferable warranty, had the parts, and were able to come out the next day, which was a biggie considering it was 2 of the coldest days of they year so far.Installers were prompt, knocked out the project in a day, and cleaned up pretty well all things considered.MAJOR complaint comes from when the financing arrived at my home, a card in my name and a separate card in my wives name. I go through the process of creating an online account for me and see that the agreed upon total is on this card and there is even a little bit of a buffer which is nice considering credit scores. My wife creates an account for her card and her balance shows 0 which makes sense. Not sure why they were able to open an account for my wife considering she is a stay at home mom with no income. Maybe it is something on Wells Fargo end and has nothing to do with Stadtler. Either way pretty shocking and considering the contract I signed was with Stadtler (and lets be honest Wells Fargo doesn't have a great history of playing by the rules) who knows what to believe.I would recommend them for their promptness and overall quality of work so far, just something I think consumers should be aware of.Service: Installation“

“My parents have used Jacobazzi for over 40 years and I have been using them for 25 years. We have had new systems installed to semi-annual service, to any repair needed. We have been extremely happy with having them for our HVAC needs. The job is done right, no re-repairs or any sales pressure. Here is a recent example, my mother is 90 and had her a/c fail on her last week when weather was in the high 90's. They responded the next morning to service the ac, the system was too old, after discussing the needs and options available, we went with a new install which they completed in 2 days, the ac was temporarily running in one day.
