I had very specific hardwood flooring Bart was able to secure and he worked with me to get the exact carpet I was looking for. I had a complete removal of all flooring, quarter round and carpet and the AMB team was able to remove, prep and install within 2 weeks. Bart helped me pick out new up to date quarter round and even installed quarter round in the kitchen and island so the entire baseboards kept the same look. “We had about 5 or 6 different companies come and give us quotes for Hardie siding and roofing. Keenan Homes was competitively priced and did an amazing job. Pat Keenan, the owner, was the salesperson and oversaw the project end to end. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, they were able to get to us within a few weeks, and they found a lot of ways to add value beyond the scope of work. The crews were all very professional. At the end of the project I noticed a few screens were ripped during the project and Pat personally came over to pick them up and get them rescreened. Our project entailed replacing the siding, windows, and flat roof at the back of our house, in addition to fully rebuilding our back deck. Joe completed the entire project in a timely manner, despite less than favorable weather, and delivered quality results that passed both a private home inspection and the official city inspection with minimal conditions (which Joe promptly corrected).
