I train with Justin 3 times a week. He mixes it up and challenges me in every session. Every couple of weeks, he measures that progress, as he has a machine that measures percentages of fat, muscle, etc. Seeing results not only in the mirror or scale, but measured body fat/muscle percentages, holds everyone accountable. This approach allows you to chart your progress as you go and, if needed, make adjustments. It’s all about challenging me to reach my goals but, unlike some of their competition out there, Justin and his team have a friendly enough and down-to-earth approach so that I don’t think twice about being consistent and keeping with the 3-day a week schedule. 5 stars, so far. Keep it up, Justin!“

728 S Rand Rd, Lake Zurich“In 2022, some newly diagnosed health issues triggered a series of surgeries and complications which severely limited most of my physical activity for eight months. When I was ready to resume exercise, I knew I needed help, although I have my own well-equipped home gym. RF has not only helped me get back to a base level of fitness, I have exceeded previous personal benchmarks. I do a lot of bicycling in the summer, and thanks to Sean and his team, I felt stronger on the hills last summer than I had in over ten years, despite having missed the entire previous cycling season. Even though the workouts are in a small group setting, my sessions are tailored to address my unique capabilities and limitations. The workouts are designed to be challenging and varied, while carefully crafted to limit the possibility of injury and potential setback. I have enjoyed doing and learning a lot of exercises I have never previously done, and I appreciate Sean’s attention to the importance of flexibility, in addition to strength. To that end, I have also benefitted greatly by supplementing my workouts with some ProStretch sessions. I feel truly blessed to have found the aptly named “Restoration” Fitness, and I look forward to consistent and continuing progress at RF.“

There is no hiding behind the results as everything is measured on the machines you use so you can see your results from one session to the next. Having that feedback while lifting/pushing/pulling the weights is extremely motivating. Also the technology used on the machines allows you to just inch up the weights each time vs. in a gym where many times you need to move in increments of 5lbs which can be too big of a jump so you never can increase the weights you are using. With the Excercise Coach machines you can slowly increase the weight and continue to get stronger.
The coaches are also excellent and keep you motivated and in good form.“

As soon as you walk in, everybody, including the clients welcomes you, encourages you to not give up on yourself, and gives great nutritional advice on losing body weight. Also, Push Fitness had a great 1 on 1 connection with their clients. Former clients come and go and decide to return to this gym to tone their bodies back into shape. If you want to lose weight and do not know where to go because gyms are intimidating, Push Fitness is your gym.“

I tried big box gyms and classes in the past but they never really stuck for me and eventually I would lose interest and move on. I have been working with Kyle Hart for over 3 years and counting now.The workouts are guided and specific to each client. Its a fraction of the cost of a standard personal trainer but the same type of quality. He has a focus on full body health and sustainable results. He works with people of all ages and levels of personal fitness and makes an environment you want to be a part of. Could not recommend trying him out for a free session more. The results are there for me and my family.“

The fitness classes offered here strike a perfect balance of simplicity and effectiveness. Neil's approach makes even the most challenging movements feel enjoyable and accessible, yet they result in an incredible sweat-inducing, calorie-burning workout. What sets Neil apart is his hands-on involvement; he actively participates alongside us, demonstrating each move and fostering a sense of camaraderie.
One of the highlights of his classes is the concluding stretching session, which leaves me feeling both invigorated and relaxed. The cherry on top is the energizing music playing in the background, elevating the overall experience to something truly extraordinary.
