Our washer broke down over the weekend. (The drain pump stopped working.) We were able to schedule a service appointment for Monday. The owner/service technician showed up on time and with a new pump based on our preliminary "over the phone" diagnosis and fix the washer. The cost was cheaper than the quoted fee from the appliance store we bought the washer, and was 10 days faster. My washer wouldnt drain and they came out, drained it and ordered a lid switch. They put the switch in a few days later and it works great! Very reasonable !Service: Washer/dryer repair
