“Came out, gave an honest assessment, and were upfront that they were going to be more expensive but offer a transferable warranty, had the parts, and were able to come out the next day, which was a biggie considering it was 2 of the coldest days of they year so far.Installers were prompt, knocked out the project in a day, and cleaned up pretty well all things considered.MAJOR complaint comes from when the financing arrived at my home, a card in my name and a separate card in my wives name. I go through the process of creating an online account for me and see that the agreed upon total is on this card and there is even a little bit of a buffer which is nice considering credit scores. My wife creates an account for her card and her balance shows 0 which makes sense. Not sure why they were able to open an account for my wife considering she is a stay at home mom with no income. Maybe it is something on Wells Fargo end and has nothing to do with Stadtler. Either way pretty shocking and considering the contract I signed was with Stadtler (and lets be honest Wells Fargo doesn't have a great history of playing by the rules) who knows what to believe.I would recommend them for their promptness and overall quality of work so far, just something I think consumers should be aware of.Service: Installation“

“Called for emergency plumbing service at approximately 8pm, they had a tech show up within the hour, cleared clog and got pipes flowing, next week had another issue, again after hours, they showed up within 1 hour and determined the problem, temp clearing the of clog, will still need additional serous repairs but at least they responded and found the issue. Out of 10 plumbers called they were they were the only plumbers who answered, responded and discovered the problem for our condo building. Not cheap but for emergency response what do you expect. Will defiantly use again hopefully next time not in an emergency.Service: Sewer cleaning“
