Called Allen E. Power at 8am for a corroded galvanized pipe that began to leak the night before. The customer service woman took my information and advised they would have a plumber out between 11 and 2 the same day. She sent me a text to confirm. By 9:45am I had received a second text that a plumber was already on his way. Dan arrived shortly thereafter and walked me through the work needed and gave me a quote. It was a fair price and he got to work right away. Dan was personable, professional and did excellent work. He communicated well and was done in less than 2 hours. Called for emergency plumbing service at approximately 8pm, they had a tech show up within the hour, cleared clog and got pipes flowing, next week had another issue, again after hours, they showed up within 1 hour and determined the problem, temp clearing the of clog, will still need additional serous repairs but at least they responded and found the issue. Out of 10 plumbers called they were they were the only plumbers who answered, responded and discovered the problem for our condo building. Not cheap but for emergency response what do you expect. Will defiantly use again hopefully next time not in an emergency.Service: Sewer cleaning
We have a house that is 130 years old. We have invested in new operating systems over the years. One problem that has persisted is the draining of the of the basement sink as it detoured into a waste water catch basin. It would predictably drain for two months and become clogged. Any routing always resulted in the same outcome. Today Dan of Allen Power plumbing completely cleaned a 100 years of accumulated residue. He worked efficiently and professionally.
