“I can't say enough good things about the hard work the team did on my home today. The amount of teamwork and respect that they showed one another was fantastic to see as someone that manages a team as well. I heard so many respectful "yes sir" reactions to requests and I'll admit it's not often I hear that from people in my age range - let alone a decade younger. We bought our first home over 5 years ago and I've lost track of how many people I've had out to ask about the high humidity. Last year because our furnace kept going out and the a/c refrigerant was no longer sold we even replaced both units and I thought that would do the trick. It improved, sure, but still even on a cool day everything felt damp. I asked Regano for an estimate for a dehumidifier (one of few that seem to offer it in the area) and the rep that came out had a better plan to try first to seal everything, replace rotted parts, and to fix the drain pipe that just led to the middle of the crawl causing all the humidity and more. Honestly all things that the company I got my equipment from last year failed to do. I know it'll take some time for my giant pond in the crawl to evaporate and/or make it's way to the sump pump - but in the meantime I'm already feeling better air flow! And if there's still some issues - I know who to call ?“

“These guys are the best! They go above and beyond to provide quality and honest work. Our AC suddenly stopped working during one of the hottest days of the summer and they came over after hours to see if it was a quick fix. They had our unit back up and running with in an hour of texting them! We have them come twice a year for maintenance checks - heat in the fall and AC in the spring. Worth every penny to receive such excellent service during emergency situations. Kind and polite and even tolerate our crazy pup. Five stars all around!“

“Adam Claus was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and experienced concerning RPZ valves and my irrigation system. He suggested a course of action where I can delay the replacement of my RPZ valve yet safely operate my irrigation system until shut off for this calendar year. Prior to next spring system start up I will then replace the valve.“
