“I hired Squeaky for a whole house cleaning after emptying to put it in the market. Tod was very responsive and flexible on scheduling. Took nine hours (3x3) compared to 4-6 estimated but ended up being a bigger job than expected, and they got it done efficiently, so I was fine with it. All looked good on my quick inspection but my realtor complained one of two bathrooms was not cleaned well, she had to scrub the tub and around the toilet to bring it to expirations for listing photos. She contacted Tod who refunded the fee for one hour, quite unexpected and great customer service.“
