Took nine hours (3x3) compared to 4-6 estimated but ended up being a bigger job than expected, and they got it done efficiently, so I was fine with it. All looked good on my quick inspection but my realtor complained one of two bathrooms was not cleaned well, she had to scrub the tub and around the toilet to bring it to expirations for listing photos. She contacted Tod who refunded the fee for one hour, quite unexpected and great customer service.“

They did what appeared initially to be an excellent job with my move-in clean, but unfortunately I soon discovered that they'd missed some pretty important things, like cleaning out the fridge and inside kitchen cabinets. I'm sure these were oversights and they would have fixed them if I'd pointed them out at the time, but (for obvious reasons) I didn't notice them until I'd fully moved in. On the upside, they were easy to schedule, courteous, and left the place smelling great.“
