They have a caring, courteous,,polite/friendly staff. Optica Eye Center is a clean and tidy facility.. They have a wide assortment of frames to pick from, for men, women, & children to choose from, and they always have some sort of clearance frames that are nice.The Eye doctor there is one of the best eye doctors you will find in the area in my opinion and I have been to a lot of eye centers/Dr’s. She is very Knowledgeable, personable, and is thorough throughout the whole eye exam. She takes her time with each patient, explaining any questions one has and treating them as family. “I appreciate Dr Kubicki. I followed him from his office in McHenry where he had taken over Dr Fontana's practice. He took time with me as I am a diabetic. I chose new glasses which after insurance was nearly $500. I assumed I could pay 50% immediately and the balance when I picked up my new glasses. This has been the standard for 55 years that I have had glasses so imagine my surprise when I was told that the full amount had to be paid up front!
