“Ron was my personal trainer for a little over a year. Prior to working out with Ron, I was ignorant on what it takes for someone to not only have a healthy diet, but more importantly, a healthy lifestyle. In addition, I was unaware of how just important it was to incorporate lifting weights in your workouts. I was that girl whose mindset was, “cardio is key in order to lose weight.” I didn’t know what it meant to be fit.It wasn’t until Ron became my personal trainer when I gained the knowledge I have today on what it really takes to get into shape. During my time with Ron is when I was in the best shape of my life and truly saw my body transform. For me, the impossible honestly became possible. Ron pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of, however, never pushed me too far. He was always so understanding and patient and never forced me to work at a pace that I was uncomfortable at. My endurance increased tremendously and I consistently saw progress on my weight lifting. Every week, Ron would either have me increase the weights, increase my sets and/or do super sets. We would always focus on a different muscle group every week and he constantly changed up my workouts so my body never got used to the same thing. As I mentioned above, the transformation and muscle growth I saw my body have while having a more positive mindset and lifestyle was all thanks to Ron. If you are thinking or considering having Ron as your personal trainer, I promise you won’t be disappointed.“
“I love Energie and have been doing Pilates here for almost 9 years. The variety of workouts, the quality of instructors, and the overall boutique vibe are what I like most. I also had 11 inches of spinal fusion years ago, so the workouts here are great because I can modify anything necessary and still target the intended muscle group. The instructors get to know everyone in the class, are knowledgeable, mindful of ability levels and offer options if you’re looking to make a series of exercises more advanced or simplified. Convenient class times fit my schedule perfectly.The reformer classes are effective without pushing you too far, and are also different each time, while working your whole body synergistically. The upstairs loft has a fantastic space available for group or private sessions. Class sizes here are ideal as well, and don’t feel like other “big box gyms” where you get lost and feel like just a number. On a possibly unrelated note, but something important to me, is that parking is never an issue—you can park right there and go up the stairs or elevator. I highly recommend Energie!“

Gina is very knowledgeable in functional nutrition and assisting her clients with a step by step plan to better gut health. She’s a good listener and cares about her clients. She makes suggestions but is not pushy or a salesperson. Her advice is honest and you can sense she genuinely wants to help people reach their highest level of optimal health.“
“I am so grateful to have found this studio and that it has brought the practice of yoga back into my life. They have flexible class times that allow me to squeeze in classes outside of the traditional 9-to-5 work hours. All of the teachers are very friendly and offer modifications for students of all experience levels. I love heated yoga classes and appreciate the peaceful and darker environment inside the studio. “I have been to Rise Physical Therapy after my knee arthroscopy surgery. In this day and age where patients at many clinics are given very little personal attention , the therapist here treats every patient one on one , takes time to educate the patient , train the patient, as required , gives Home excercise programs on an ongoing basis.
