“Used JDN for a new Trane air conditioner a couple years ago and today they installed a two stage Trane furnace for us. They are professional and answer any question you may have. There pricing was reasonable.

I've tried other brand HVAC equipment in the past and Trane is the best and last the longest.“

“Furnace inducer went out. Had different HVAC company come out to confirm and quote a truly ridiculous price. Called a couple more and despite the fact I had the model # and serial, nobody willing to quote price unless I paid for a "diagnostic" fee for them to come out. Mid City was willing to do so, the price was less than the original quote and he even suggested an option to try which, if it worked would mean they wouldn't do the work. That option didn't work, and Keith at Mid City ended up replacing the inducer. His honesty and fairness is the type of treatment from the trade industry that we need more of lately. Thanks Keith, already a neighbor will be calling you around AC season.“

“Lucky us! Borter Heating & Air Conditioning (BHAC) came recommended to us by the sellers of our new home. Since 2018 each BHAC technician/employee has always been professional, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. BUT nothing compares to the work they performed last spring on the AC unit installed by a home warranty company contractor last summer. BHAC discovered an endless list of issues that needed repairing. They returned several times to fix the problems and ensure the unit was running correctly. “On Thanksgiving morning our furnace went out. I called the company that we normally used, but got no response right away. I called a couple different places and finally got through to Ragano Heating. They were able to come out shortly after I called. Esteban the technician found the problem, but didn't have the part to fix it in his truck. He left and came back with a part that would work and would schedule an appointment later, once they had the correct part. He was there when my family started to arrive for Thanksgiving dinner and he got the heat working just in time. They came back the following week and installed the correct part as promised and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I already recommended them to a friend.“

“Ivan came highly recommended from our retired HVAC handyman Rick Broders. Ivan and I discussed furnace replacement options on a very cold December week. After deciding on a Rheem 70K BTU 2-stage furnace, Abel came out to measure...Arrived on-time and took measurements for the install. About 50 minutes to do so.
One week later, Ivan and Abel arrived on-time @ 830am. Ivan explained that it would take 10-12 hours to complete installation. They removed old furnace and installed the Rheem. During the process both were very open about answering any questions I had. They completed the install shortly after 10 hours. Ivan also setup appt for local village inspector. Inspection passed no problem. I am very happy with the new furnace. Both guys cleaned up after the job leaving no mess behind. I will count on Ivan's HVAC for future jobs and give him a thumbs up.“

“we had our furnace go out on a cold day Saturday morning before work had my brother do me the favor of calling up mcnallys and they were able to come same day and look into the furnace, unfortunately got the news furnace is shot on my end had to figure out some finances but russell called and helped us out with whatever options were available as payment as well as furnace systems after figuring out my finances russell and his team was able to get a new system in right before Christmas. mcnallys came in clutch, thank you“

Lou took time to carefully examine the system and issue and provided me very detailed explanation of the issue and provided a solution. The price was extremely reasonable.
