Ask for morning appointment they said they were going to show up between 3:00 and 6:00 got to call at 5:15. Making the appointment was not easy got to call back but they didn't know what it was about

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!Waited all day for a repair guy to show up. Never gave me an ETA..called 4 times same answer.." I don't know, our technicians work till 9PM" Mind you,, I wasn't not told this during my first call on FRIDAY... it's 8:20pm called again, got the SAME answer and was told I will have to reschedule. Thank anything for absolutely NOTHING!! My washer has been sitting here for 3 days now with standing water in it! Wish I would've read these reviews first.

Do not use Priority Appliance Repair. Called to have a noisy Dryer looked at . Repair person did not show up till 6:30 pm on a Friday evening From the minute he walked in it was obvious he was done working for the week and did not want to be there. Immediately said the rollers needed to be replaced with out looking at a thing Also said the dryer vent was 90% clogged. Said the noise would not hurt the dryer and that he could not fix it and left. and charged $78 dollars for the effort . This was just as the lock down in March was starting. i am an engineer and fully understand the importance of a clogged dryer vent and thought I was doing a good job of keeping it cleaned...read full review
