They did a wonderful job of assessing my dog’s vet records and getting her what she needed, as well as making her as comfortable as possible during the whole visit. “So nice! Me and my Anoush (my dog) are treated so wonderfully! Every person there knows Anoush as soon as she comes in, not just the amazing girls up front but the ENTIRE staff. “This is truly my pups home away from home! Laura and her home are my two dogs’ favorite place to vacation. My 10 yo mix breed dog gets the special attention he needs as an old man and my 2 yo lab loves socializing with new friends. The fact that they get to sleep on the couch like at home, roam the backyard, and have a dog lover with them at all times, including overnight, makes this mom’s heart rest easier when I can’t be with my pups. “Cannot recommend enough! Did we get training? No because after taking 40 minutes of her time to talk to us, Jody told us we did not need it. Instead during the extremely generous phone call, she told us things we could do to help benefit our dog. She did suggest training right before having a baby though, so when we are at that point we will be giving her a call! Highly recommend for honest and well educated training! PS she came recommended by our vet who is a very straight forward and dog-loving man!“

“I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable“

“Dr. Luttrell and Dr. Janssen have been seeing my 12 year old Labrador Retriever mix for his entire time with us (we adopted him from Chicagoland Lab Rescue when he was about 1-1/2 years old). Buff is challenging because he came from a breeder that was not an ideal situation--he had been abused physically, shot at and had heartworm when we first brought him to Dr. Luttrell. Since that time, Buff has bonded with these 2 wonderful veterinarians (he is especially fond of Dr. Heather Janssen and her Lean Treats, which Buff gets every time we go for an office visit :) Buff has had a couple of surgeries for lipomas, dental cleanings, physicals (including blood draws), nail trims and vaccinations with PAH. The staff is really wonderful at making the effort to understand Buff, his personality and his needs. We have moved an hour away from Palatine last year but I still make the drive to Palatine whenever Buff needs medical attention. I HIGHLY recommend Palatine Animal Hospital for you pet's needs--they are compassionate, knowledgeable and professional.“
