I’ve been mostly taking my classes with dawn and Kristen, and it’s definitely a love hate relationship.I love the workouts, enjoy their teaching styles, and love the variety of classes and levels that they offer. But I also hate it because of how hard Kristen and Dawn’s classes kick my bum.Each class is definitely unique and it’s made me enjoy and love Pilates a lot more! “I am a professional athlete and have been doing yoga on and off for years. Mainly out of state but have now lived in Illinois the last 5-6 years and I am so happy to have came across Melt Pilates & Hot Yoga! My first class was with Agnes. Her energy and verbal cueing are just tips of the iceberg when talking about her wonderful class. Iv taken other classes and have seen other instructors at various locations but Agnes’s class sits on top amongst them all. You feel her love and passion for yoga simply by listening to her speak and guiding you through her class.
