“I am so glad that I found Ultimate Fitness. I have been working with Michael since November, dropped 5% body fat and lost 13lbs. Michael is very patient and knowledgeable, he is always there to help and push you forward. “I am OBSESSED with F45 and have been to locations on both the East and West coasts, as well as this Hinsdale/Western Springs location. They are all consistent with amazing trainers (I think Coach Willie is my fav :) ) making sure you have the correct form and modify any exercises to make them more difficult/easier based on your personal needs. They also check up on you to make sure you’re doing okay throughout. It’s almost like having a personal trainer, without having someone breathe over your shoulder the entire time. Taking F45 classes consistently has honestly gotten me into the best shape of my life at 40 years old. I cannot say enough great things. This particular location averages adults in their 40s-50s, but many are even older. It’s never too soon to create the best physical version of yourself. I always walk out of every class feeling AMAZING.“

“I was looking for a gym where I could relax and exercise without anyone judging me from the time I walked through the doors and Push Fitness is that gym. As soon as you walk in, everybody, including the clients welcomes you, encourages you to not give up on yourself, and gives great nutritional advice on losing body weight. Also, Push Fitness had a great 1 on 1 connection with their clients. Former clients come and go and decide to return to this gym to tone their bodies back into shape. If you want to lose weight and do not know where to go because gyms are intimidating, Push Fitness is your gym.“

“Ron’s great! Each day is different so you don’t know what to expect and he’s willing to customize a workout if you want to focus on something specific. He’s encouraging and he respects when you need to rest or take a break, but he will always push you to get the most out of your session. I’ve got some wrist and leg issues and he continuously checks in to ensure that I’m okay and modifies the move if necessary. He's honest, flexible, and professional. Definitely would recommend!“
“Brian is a fantastic guy. He is professional and highly knowledgeable. He checks in every couple of days, responds to texts instantly, offers flexible scheduling, and has a 12-hour cancellation notice policy, which is virtually unheard of. Through training with Brian, I learned to push and overcome obstacles. Brian worked around any injuries or limitations and was super cautious regarding safety. Not once did Brian put me in harm's way, nor did I get injured. Investing in yourself is never a bad idea, and Brian ensures you get out of the program what you put into it!“
