I contacted Pristine plumbing and they immediately set up an appointment for this afternoon. They were here within two hours, and we discussed the different options. They didn’t push to replace the entire water heater immediately, but shared with me, the options of repair, but of course, no guarantees. I chose to repair it, and they went and got the part and had it in quickly. It was an expense I did not anticipate for this week, but it could not have gone more smoothly. I will not hesitate to contact them again.“
